Wings of Hope Recovery: Growth, Momentum, and a Future Brighter Than Ever

There are moments in the life of an organization when everything seems to click into place, when the mission feels sharper, the work feels deeper, and the impact expands beyond anything you imagined at the beginning. Wings of Hope Recovery is in one of those moments right now, and the energy across our houses, our teams, and our community partners is nothing short of electric.

A New Partnership That Truly Changes Lives

We are thrilled to announce our newest collaboration with Ability Beyond, bringing comprehensive employment services directly to our house members. For so many individuals in recovery, meaningful employment is the bridge between surviving and thriving.

Through this partnership, residents now have access to:

  • Career coaching and vocational assessments

  • Interview and résumé support

  • Job placement assistance with community employers

  • Workforce development resources designed for long term stability

This relationship feels like the perfect extension of our mission to empower people not just to rebuild their lives, but to elevate them.

Expansion Across Hartford County and Beyond

Wings of Hope Recovery continues its steady and intentional growth, now expanding further into Hartford County and surrounding regions.

With new properties coming online and several more in the acquisition pipeline, we remain committed to:

  • Safe, beautiful, professionally managed recovery housing

  • Community integration with local service providers

  • High quality environments that support real transformation

The momentum is real and it is only accelerating.

2026 Middletown Rotary 2nd Annual Mental Health Fair

We are excited to share that Wings of Hope will be featured at the Middletown Rotary Club Second Annual Mental Health Fair in 2026.

Being included in this event means a great deal to us. It reflects the trust we are building statewide and the recognition of our role in strengthening mental health resources across Connecticut. We are grateful for the invitation and even more excited to show up for the community.

A Leadership Milestone Worth Celebrating

Marquis Who’s Who Biographee

Our Chief Operating Officer, Elizabeth A. Protzman, was recently recognized among the Top Executives in America by Marquis Who’s Who. Her story, rooted in resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to human centered recovery housing, has now been spotlighted in two national features:

This honor reflects not only her leadership but also the tireless work of our entire Wings of Hope team. When one of us rises, all of us rise.

The Road Ahead

As we expand our footprint, deepen our partnerships, and refine our programming, one thing remains constant. We believe in the power of recovery, the dignity of every individual, and the transformative magic that happens when safe housing, strong community, and real opportunity intersect.

Wings of Hope is not just growing.
We are evolving.
We are innovating.
We are redefining what recovery housing can look like.

And we are just getting started.
